How to proceed: Step1 

Scottiesway is a home cook and more service available throughout the Tuscany Region. After an initial contact, I provide an inspection of your home to assess the possibilities offered by your surroundings and, above all, to understand your tastes and intentions in order to define the Menu to be created. I personally provide the research and purchase of the raw material from my trusted suppliers! 

Step 2 

On the appointed day I will arrive at your residence and begin the preparation of the dishes with your welcome help if you wish. I will be in charge of the table setting and serving. At the end of the event, after cleaning and rearranging the kitchen, I will leave relying on your positive feed back. 

 Step 3 

Prices vary according to requests and the cost of the raw materials I will use. In the first interview we will establish a menu together based on your tastes and needs. My proposals will always highlight reasonably priced ingredients. Once everything is agreed upon I will require a deposit equal to the cost of the shopping I am going to do and the balance at the conclusion of the event. I do not submit a predetermined menu choice to you on this site (this happens in restaurants) but know that I work casually with all raw materials and only when we meet will I explain my proposals in detail unless you specifically ask me to do so.
